Harold B. Klite Truppman is a 1984 graduate of the University of Florida and a 1990 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. While attending University of Miami, he also obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration and completed the Graduate Program in Management Studies. Bar admissions include Florida, Texas, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. His practice consists of representing policyholders in evaluating, settling and litigating insurance claims, real estate, probate and other complex commercial litigation as well as corporate law.

Eli Samet graduated with honors from Florida International University in 1992, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a minor in International Relations. At Florida International University, Mr. Samet received the Political Science Outstanding Achievement Award and was on the Dean’s List.
Mr. Samet received his Juris Doctor in 1996 from the Shepard Broad Law Center. At Nova Southeastern University, he was a staff member on the Nova Law Review for two years and also earned a Book Award in Criminal Law.
After becoming an attorney, Mr. Samet worked as a staff attorney at the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida. As staff attorney, he engaged in extensive legal research, writing and analysis in a multitude of legal areas encompassing criminal as well as civil law, on behalf of several Judges, including the Chief Judge of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. He also worked in the Domestic Violence Division at the Broward County Courthouse.
Mr. Samet’s subsequent legal experience includes the practice of law in the areas of Contracts, Telemarketing Law, Business Registration, Regulatory Compliance, Trade Regulation, Unfair Trade Practices, Consumer Fraud, Administrative Law and Insurance Law. Mr. Samet’s current practice encompasses civil litigation, commercial litigation, contract disputes, insurance law and condominium law. He specializes in representing individuals, families and businesses whose insurance claims have been unreasonably denied by insurance companies. Mr. Samet is currently licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts.
